Terry serves as Human Resources (HR) Lead bringing more than25 years of experience to this role. Joining HIPP in 2008, Terry initially served as Human Resources and Business Development Lead. As the company grew, she focused her talents on the HR side of the business. Leading the HR Team, Terry’s experience encompasses just about every aspect of HR. Prior to joining HIPP, Terry worked for many years for an engineering consulting firm specializing in the nuclear industry. She served in several capacities including roles in HR, marketing, and software development.

Terry has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
