Joel has over 13 years of experience in mechanical engineering, and is the Piping Lead Engineer at HIPP. Working in a variety of industries, he has led studies, proposals, estimates, MTO, and detailed design efforts. Detailed design efforts include equipment layout, piping design, constructability planning, pipe stress analysis, specialty item sizing, 3D laser scan, and registration. Joel has done schedule development, resource planning, and physical progress reporting for the duration of projects.

Joel holds a Bachelor in Science in Mathematics from Lander University and a Bachelor in Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
