Benjamin joined us at HIPP in 2024 and will be leading our Process team. He has nearly 20 years of process engineering experience and an expertise in improving manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical and Life Science industries. He is proficient in product and process development, optimization, GMP manufacturing, improving manufacturing efficiencies, and working collaboratively to adapt to new challenges.

Benjamin attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where he obtained a B.A. in Chemistry and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering. He served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve and has two patents.
