Hospira, Inc, a leading provider of injectable drugs and infusion technologies, required a new 65,000 square foot Center of Excellence for Chemical Quality (CQ) facility. To meet Hospira’s aggressive schedule, the HIPP team partnered with RGD to deliver the CQ building as a fast-track design-build in under a year. The QC building was designed to accommodate a headcount of 150+ Regulatory and Quality Engineering personnel and includes additional space to move production support personnel out of the controlled, non-classified (CNC) manufacturing area.
